Quality Inn & Suites Golden - Denver West

Location. Even though it was slightly difficult to get to due to the traffic. Location is perfect next to 6th Ave which makes it easy to get to places with ease.

Carpet in the hallways are not only outdated but appear to be dirty. Bathroom tiles were loose. Shower head had broken plumbers tape around it and there was clearly a leak on the side which would squirt water out and over the shower curtain. The beds, although appeared to be clean, are extremely broken in/soft. Not very comfortable. The pool area was ridiculous. Floor paint is peeling. Very dirty. Pool was very cold for an indoor pool. The pool area also had a very bad smell to it. The overall experience was everything may have looked “clean” but you got the feeling it was not.

Credit Card as the only option to pay is certainly not customer friendly.

Friendly housekeeping staff

Depends what you're looking for: a comfortable bed and a clean room for a great price, this place deserves 6 stars. For this price you get a very basic breakfast, carpets that are a bit threadbare, and a slow elevator. But the general manager, Noori, is very pleasant, polite, and helpful. I needed a couple of pages printed out (I didn't have printer with me) and she got it done. The place does have a swimming pool and some people who used it said that it was good. In summary, if you're looking to get something that delivers the basics of a decent sized and clean room with a good bed for a very modest price, I strongly recommend this place.

Very impressive for the price! Breakfast was great. Our room was clean. Staff were polite. Would definitely stay again.

I think it's funny you charged me a 150 deposit on the room but didn't offer pillows, extra blankets and the pool smelled like literally poop. The side doors do not remain locked so that's concerning, the pool literally had chairs in the pool you could barely see because the pool was absolutely filthy. The bathroom in the room was gross at best, the pull out bed in the room smelled to high heaven and the coffee table was chewed on by a dog. I wouldn't stay here again.
