Breakfast quite good . Friendly and helpful host

Breakfast was delicious, lots on offer such as juice, selection of teas and coffee, cereals, fruit and cooked breakfast. The scrambled eggs were excellent! Great location for what i needed and situated close to town centre, sainsbury's.

No free parking available at this property but i was aware of this at time of booking, just adds up quite quickly cost wise

Lovely large bed and spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast and friendly owner. Near to the town and two lovely beaches.

Lack of parking could have been an issue but we were able to park in the golf club opposite for £5.

Very hospitable.

the breakfast was tasty, and always hot, and a good choice of food. the location is near the town but parking can be a problem.

I like that the staff was very helpful and friendly, It really made our stay quite relaxed.

It was all good..

The location and the hospitality. The bed was great, as was the shower. Made every effort to look after us. Slept well and well rested from days on the SWCP.

The road was busy outside...but you need to look beyond that.
