"Horribly kept hotel "

First room we got had no heat. Continues to tell them, they keep coming to try and fix it. Took forever to get us in the new room. Which wasn’t the floor we chose. Got to room 2. Hair was inbeaded in pillows, body wash shampoo conditioner jars in shower were empty! Heat was off when we got into room 2. And they said it will take a few seconds for it to kick on. WHY ISNT THE HEAT RUNNING IN A HOTEL DURING THE HARD WINTER DAYS?. Thank god we brought our own pilllows and blankets because that bed was YUCK!. Took the room over 20 Minutes to finally warm up once warm it kept a nasty smell in the room the entire night’s. Never again!

Just got back home from there parking lot and sidewalks not shoved or salted we got there at 300 Saturday and left at 10 Sunday no pool for valentine weekend

After reading several negative reviews, we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. Our grandson’s hockey booked this hotel so we decided to stay there as well. Upon arriving we were greeted in a warm cordial fashion. She ensured we had everything we needed. Our room was clean and a typical Fairfield king bed room. Breakfast was usual and good. Typical fare of scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, waffles. They had Jimmy Dean egg and sausages sandwiches. Overall a good stay.
