"Great Value Near CMU"

This hotel is our go-to when we visit Mt. Pleasant. We have a student at CMU and it is almost in the campus which makes it really nice. The breakfast is always pretty good, nothing fancy but you won't leave hungry. The grounds are nice with walking trails and it is very quiet around the hotel. The only thing negative was that the king bed had queen sheets on it and the sofa bed was not confortable at all for our teen; maybe a smaller child would not notice. For the value, I think it might be the best deal close to campus!

We stay at this property when we come to visit my child who is at CMU. You cannot beat the price and the breakfast is pretty good. The only issue we have had there is that the sheets in the comforters don't really fit the beds. We had a king bed this past weekend and The sheets were definitely not King sheets and it was not a king comforter. The other issue we had was that a family came in at 10:30 at night on Saturday and their children proceeded to run amok all over the third floor and they were playing hide and go seek in the stairwell and it took forever for them to quiet down. I feel like the staff should have been a little more aggressive with explaining to them that they should be courteous.
