Part of the time, our bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine. There was one outlet that would hardly hold a plug in at the top or the bottom. The pullout couch bed was absolutely horrible.

Everything was great, except it took over 1 hour to check in because they could not find my reservation.

I made reservations online with Booking com. When I got to the hotel they could not find my reservations. I had to start another reservation with the hotel and downsize to a queen size room. On my reservations, it said that I will not be charged until I checked in at the hotel. Now, 2 days later I got charged twice for the same hotel for the same day.

Could not be happier with my stay. Staff was very accommodating and attentive and the facility was as good as any I gave stayed at in the past. It was convenient to get to, had many surrounding amenities, with local entertainment. I would recommend to anyone looking yo stay in the area. Especially on business. It’s nice to have a great experience. Thank you.

"Comfortable stay."

Comfortable room with plenty of space. I enjoyed the separate seating area with the separate television so that I didn’t have to sit on or lay on my bed to watch TV. I could actually sit on a small sofa.
