Knights Inn Phoenix at N Black Canyon Hwy

Convenient for me.

The price is too high for the accommodations. The rooms are very shabby, no wash cloths, dirty sheets and comforter. Needed paint and deep clean. Terrible stuff.

No Remote for the TV?

The only thing any good at all is the location near the freeway.

Filthy dirty, no towels, no hot water, people hanging out and playing loud music at all hours of the night. Staff is beyond rude, condescending and very unprofessional, wi-fi don’t work most of the time, no ice machine, they request you pay in cash and not make a reservation on your site because they get charged for it. Roaches everywhere—- and they say checkout time is 11am but the cleaning lady is beating on your door at 10am telling you to pay or you got 5 mins to get out.

Excellent service rooms very nice

Not a great location. Lots of homeless guy and the smell is disgusting.

Non smoking room smells weed. Water is leaking from other room. Cockroaches inside the room.

I did not like anything about the hotel it was disgusting. People outside all night long. The bed had blood stains all down the box springs ...dead bugs everywhere.
