Hallway is too stinky, elevator , smells poop, blanket too thin no heater

The non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke – they gave me a slightly better one. There was no central heating – they gave me a portable heater. The temperature in the room was 58 degrees. By morning it had barely warmed up to 70 degrees. And I was there with a 5-month-old baby.
