Breakfast was basic. Bagels were cold. Not a lot of options. Coffee was really bad cereal was fine.

Our room was just aweful. The shower sprayed from the sides of the spout. No washcloths. Ever. Microwave didn't work. No heater we had to ask for one. No bath mat. It was the worst stay at a hotel ever.

Not much -- the hotel is affordable and had a convenient location for where we needed to go, but that's about it.

The hotel is rather uninviting and unpleasant in many ways. The immediate neighborhood is not nice -- mostly gas stations and car dealerships. That's not the hotel's fault, but the furnishings inside feel equally drab and low quality. What is worse is that the rooms have multiple issues. The first room we got had a permanently beeping fire alarm. After requesting a change of room, this issue disappeared, but the second room was cold, just like the first one. We turned up the thermostat but that didn't have any effect. We were too exhausted to even complain about it (~11 pm) and huddled up to fall asleep. In the morning we learned from friends in another room that their experience was exactly the same -- heating simply does not work in this hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

30 minutos esperando y hora de lonche no cuenta para que espere un cliente en su reserva 😔 un día donde buscas donde descansar y lo malo póngale en una reserva que si cae en un descanso de la hora del lonche tendrías que esperar ayayaaayaay gracias

30 minutos que yo tengo que esperar por un lugar donde yo pago las consecuencias por falta de personal .

There wasn’t much as far as breakfast, no sausage and no eggs.

Having more of a selection for breakfast would’ve been great. Also, the air conditioner wasn’t working that good considering how hot it was, and behind the dresser and TV was very filthy made me feel like there was bugs in the place.
