Good location. Not much noise to contend with.

Room heater did not work. Bathtub had constant drip

I am sincerely disappointed in the arrangements and service of the hotel. The notes below reflect a contradiction in how the establishment was marketed when I booked and the expectations that carried with it. NOTES: Upon arriving at the hotel, I received check-in with a key card to stay in room 440. No other credentials or services were offered to me including Wi-Fi or locations of certain services such as vending. When I entered the room I placed my luggage on the unremarkable and torn lounge chair. The room was quite warm. I could not find a thermostat control except for a knob on the wall for "Off, High, Medium, or Low". I found none of the levels provided any adequate cooling. Only warm air would flow. The air flow was extremely loud and from a vent located above the bed. There was no way I could sleep in that capacity. There were no cups in the room I went downstairs to front desk (no phone in the room) and was told to grab cups by the coffee machine in the lobby. I tried to go get ice, but found I could not access the ice vending room. I went downstairs, again, and asked about this and the receptionist/clerk looked surprised I did not know the only vending was available on the 2nd floor. I decided to forego that hassle. I continued to stand by to see if the room would get any cooler, and it only got worse. I did not use any of the bathroom, the shower, the bed, or any other amenities. I did not even unpack. I was not at the hotel but for only an hour running around trying to get things situated.

The breakfast was good. Waffles, Bengals and cereal of good, but missing protein like eggs

The beds where so uncomfortable and squeaked really loud. It felt sleeping on a cardboard on top a box spring. It was cold with no heat. The plumbing was bad. One the bathroom shower was clogged so bad that the water backed up and spread into the bedroom
