I liked the breakfast, I loved the set up of the rooms.

Our window fell out on to the bed. We were on the 4th floor. There was no screen. A 100% safety hazard as I had multiple children all under the age of 10.

Breakfast was okay but nobody ever bothered to restock something that did ran out during the Breakfast hours. I loved the separate balconies.

Don't understand how someone put out the waffle maker but no syrup. I told the front desk while she was just talking to a housekeeper but nobody move to fix the problem on Sunday morning. Someone never bothered to put up signs about the ice machine only being on the 2nd floor instead of each floor.

Booked it at 9:30pm and was able to get a room and check in by 10pm

Room stunk like cigarettes. It’s a NON SMOKING property and it was penetrated with smoke. I have asthma so as soon as I walked in, it hit BAD. Went down stairs to ask for another room and was told there weren’t any…but somehow they managed to move me to one that didn’t reek AFTER 45MINS OF WAITING IN THE LOBBY. However during that movement I must have left my makeup and care bags in the smelly room and when I called to ask if they were turned in, I was told no. Because of the lack of attention to NON SMOKING ROOMS policy, I was displaced, lost my expensive makeup and items, and got to bed late and well—this place is ghetto. Good things arent cheap and cheap things aren’t good so there’s that too.
