Pool not open

There’s nothing to like

It’s dirty it doesn’t look like a hotel it’s more a like a motel it smells bad inside and outside there’s is cigarette smell in the lobby, hallways elevator and the rooms are worst. I checked in and walked out

There was a balcony.

The room was so hot and took forever to cool down. It was "clean" but not really clean. Definitely would not stay here again. Even the lobby was dirty.

We booked a room on Friday for our stay the Front desk lady was so occupied in a call with her boyfriend and did not even bother to professionally handle the customers and continuously kept talking on the call and kept us all waiting, The rooms were filled with weed smell, there was no point in taking non-smoking room, the AC was not working and were moved to two different rooms. The facility is very ill managed and unhygienic. The Janitor was sweet and greeted all of us with smile, but we were disappointed to see that the Janitor was moping the floor and also managing the breakfast food section which made me feel very unhygienic. The hotel seems very rustic and old. It needs major renovation. I am not coming back here for sure!
