It was okay. The night clerk did not know where our room was. No guides posted to help us locate it. We had to ask for towels, hand towels and wash cloths. For a room reserved for 2 people, these were only provided for one person. No ice machine on the 1st floor where our room was. Had to go up to the 3rd floor for ice. The pool was closed for cleaning, so no swimming. I had specifically booked a hotel with a pool. The breakfast provided was excellent.

Que el baño, cuarto, piso, microondas,las paredes, espejo techo, ventilador y todo lo demás está muy sucio y en malas condiciones. Yo No lo recomiendo, por favor regresen mi dinero.

I had reserved your hotel for may 16th -18th. We were coming down for a funeral and drove 14hrs. We got there around 11pm on the 16th the parking lot had lots of people in it doing what looked like drugs. We checked in and proceeded to our room where we were harassed by a guest and accused of sleeping with her partner. We ignored that and proceeded to our room. We got to our room and it was disgusting. The window was broken wouldn't even close all the way. There were burn marks on our bedding, human fecale stains on the floor, carpet was not vacuumed, bathroom sink links on the floor and shower was disgusting. I will attach pictures for you. I want a full refund as we did not stay there the whole time and i booked a different hotel and stayed there. Im not sure how anyone can stay in such a disgusting hotel. I have left reviews everywhere I know of and will continue to tell people not to stay there. That place needs to be condemned.
