The location and the staff

The room wasn't clean , I mean the beds were made and fresh towels but it smelled like old smoke , the bedding was not clean at all we had to get new bedding and it had stains , we ended up buying our own , also there are no elevators we stayed 4 nights on the second floor had to carry all that luggage up the stairs . And the rooms are very small.

Location close to interstate and a really good burger joint. Frisch’s big boy was the restaurant u can walk to for a great burger. They have all types of food but the burgers are AWESOME!

Affordable clean and very friendly staff

It was ok

To many kids running around. At least 20 of them. Also had a creepy guy hanging around. He followed my daughter and didn’t leave until he saw me and my son. Rude lady working the desk at night.

Everything was great

Excellent setup for the hotel, pool and breakfast buffet with solid options.

We could smell the mold as we entered but since it was only one night I thought it would be okay. My mold allergy disagreed more than any other hotel I have stayed at. One night was enough for sores instead of a couple bumps I normally get from hotels on my arms.

The night clerk James was amazing 🥰

Beds were old and uncomfortable

The room seemed damp and had a bit of a moldy smell. The property and furnishings show a lot of wear.

Don’t stay here unless you like bed bugs! We asked for financial compensation and they told us they wouldn’t give it since we booked through Expedia. We then contacted Expedia and they told us the property only has the authority to do that, so our agent reached out to them and they denied us yet again. They offered us compensation for one free night at a hotel when we stayed 4 nights and have likely taken the bugs home with us now.
