Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Antonio Medical Center, TX

This was a terrible stay. We booked 3 rooms for my entire family and I can only say that I am so disappointed. Our rooms got cockroaches, insects, spiders and the carpet was so dirty. I took pictures of the insects before we flushed them in the toilet. The fridge was not cooling up enough, the place was humid and smelly bad, we had to go ask for air freshener at he front desk cause it was unbearable. Maybe the hotel could do better by specifying that the fridge is small and doesn’t have a freezing compartment because we stayed there for a week and would have appreciated a freezer to keep some food . This was a disappointment for us .

The only true complain was the towels are so small and rough. They felt like rocks

The area around the hotel felt unsafe. The hotel and room needed updating. The pool area was atrocious

The bed was comfortable and it was as gated so it made me feel safe.

The smell. The carpet smelled like mildew.
