Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Antonio Medical Center, TX

The only think i liked was the code to get in / get out. The Staff was extremely nice & friendly

Our room floor was very stained , our room smelt extremely like cigarettes. When you walked out of the 2nd floor hall it smelt like a dead animal / sewage. Our room ac would go in & out it would get hot & our room would not get cold. The light at the pool was flickering & was really dark out there

there was no hot water in my room my room was dirty I didnt get the correct room that I paid for the manager never contacted me there were bugs in my room it was so disgusting I had to go pay fo rmy own sheets and my own cleaning products and I cleaned it my self I was supposed to receive a credit and a call from management never happened . Its a horrible hotel . THE BEDSS WERE NOT MADE THERE WAS TRASH IN THE BATH TUB I HAVE PHOTOS

One of the rooms smelled like mold, and the other had an AC leak and the whole carpet was wet and dirty. Never again

The smell was very bad, maybe bad drains around the property. The whole hotel had gross and dirty carpet full of stains, dirt, and trash. Place was very unkept. Room shower was dirty and moldy.

Liked thT its secure but my room had an ugly smell

This was a terrible stay. We booked 3 rooms for my entire family and I can only say that I am so disappointed. Our rooms got cockroaches, insects, spiders and the carpet was so dirty. I took pictures of the insects before we flushed them in the toilet. The fridge was not cooling up enough, the place was humid and smelly bad, we had to go ask for air freshener at he front desk cause it was unbearable. Maybe the hotel could do better by specifying that the fridge is small and doesn’t have a freezing compartment because we stayed there for a week and would have appreciated a freezer to keep some food . This was a disappointment for us .
