They weee friendly and the place was just so comfortable

Bed and pillows were comfortable

Some tv channels didn’t work. It smelled like weed in there everyday all day. Don’t really care about it for me, but since I had my kid with me it was really strong smell. The plugs didn’t work. Gate wouldn’t open. Carpets were dirty. Hallway is very stained.

Honestly we weren't even in the room. We just slept when we had too.

The whole 2nd floor smelled like dirty laundry, humid. The room That was given to us (201 i believe) at first was not clean properly& didnt have a smoke detector as well. I went down stairs and spoke to the receptionist about what was going on. her attitude wasn't professional . They moved us to the 3rd floor smell was a bit better but still remained. The room on the 3rd floor that we were in the television had a broke screen.

the bathroom door and door lock was bad, very difficult to open/close, the shower faucet was bad, need to turn very hard to turn on the hot water, the room smell bad and carpet not clean, will not choice it again.

1-star review: Disappointing stay — unclean and unpleasant smell The hotel had an overall musty odor that hit as soon as I walked in. The carpet throughout the property — especially in the hallways and elevator — smelled bad and clearly hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while. My room also had visible carpet stains and the same unpleasant smell. It just didn’t feel clean or well-maintained at all. Definitely not worth the price or the rating listed online.
