Hotel Casa Monarca

es un espacio muy agradable, la decoración de los cuartos es elegante. La cama estaba deliciosa!!!! todo muy bien!!

The hotel is well located to visit Puebla and its surroundings. The room was very spacious, clean and also well-equipped with a mini-fridge, steamer, etc. What we didn't like that much, was that the room was quite humid and there was no option to let fresh air in. The terrace mentioned was tiny and also closed off on all sides, so we didn't really use it. The staff was friendly, but not interacting much.

Surrounding streets had a lot calligraphy

Muy bonito hotel, pequeño pero muy cómodo, el personal sumamente amable y suficientemente cerca del centro para llegar caminando pero no tan cerca para que el caos y el ruido te afecte. El estacionamiento está lejos de las instalaciones pero en general el valet lleva y regresa tu carro. Solo la TV nunca logramos hacer que se visualizaran los canales pero como ibamos de turistas tampoco afecto.

Great hotel stay. Concierge was super helpful, all staff very friendly. Clean deluxe rooms. Everything you want in a boutique hotel in Mexico.

Noise

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They offered good advice for a day trip to Cholula and how to get a bus back to CDMX airport. The staff greeted us on each entry and even brought hot tea to our room several times. The inner enclosed courtyard is a relaxing space. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to many sites and shops. We would definitely return to this hotel.
