Budgetel Inn & Suites Atlanta

Rude staff, hardly wanted to clean, no fridge at first and my AC went out. They DO NOT have a restaurant as they show in their pictures.

Staff was ok. They didn't give me the correct type of room I booked online for. Went to ask for right room and they said they were sold out. Room was dirty all over. Walls with holes, curtains tore up, clogged sink, tub, and toilet was stained and nasty looking. Even looked like it had bloods stains in bathroom counter. AC was broken didn't work, could barely sleep bc it was so hot. No microwave and it had ROACHES. Elevator and corridors smelled like weed. Room also stunk of smoke. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone ever and would never stay here EVER again in my life. I would rather sleep in my car. I'd probably feel safer and comfortable in my car.

The excellent care and service from the staff

Bad service at front desk, had to wait forever for anyone to even be at the desk. Rooms not cleaned for four days, never even saw a housekeeping cart in the halls. Every time you left the room and came back key card would not work, hair dryer in room but did not work. Told they were not meant to. Ice machines did not work. Air conditioner worked but barely. Only one light in the room worked. Outlet did not work and was barely in the wall. Shower curtain was too short so water all over the floor. Elevators and hallways were dingy. Outside doors did not require key card to enter.

Laundry room was out of order the machine water had mold mildew dirty water inside machine. The ice machine on the 4th floor was broken.

Cleanliness not possible. Reason is the place is rundown and needs repairs. Bathroom needs regrouting and replacement of toilet. Impossible to be clean until bath tile is replaced. Back EXIT door is jammed open. Outdoor insects are free to enter .

It’s really dirty. It smells like cigarettes, pee and wet dog. There was gum on the bed frame the everything smells bad

Really old and "tired" hotel but the lowest price.
