wunderschöne Hotelanlage mit viel Atmosphäre, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, das perfekten Service garantiert, geräumige Zimmer (insbesondere die Suiten), traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge, die man speziell vom Hauptrestaurant aus genießen kann und anscheinend der beste Strand an der Westküste - wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht.

I travelled with a friend for her birthday treat. We realised we are in for a great time from the moment we arrived and we were met by a charming valet who welcomed us graciously like we were some "queens". We had a grand welcome at the reception and the wow moment was when we entered our room only to be welcomed by a complimentary champaigne bottle and two maritim branded sunhats in a magnificent and spacious room. The services at the bar, restaurant, the SPA, the horse stable...all exceeded my expectations. Did i even mention that the DJ was so accommodating as to play a happy birthday song for my friend Joan, played for her a Kenyan song and played for me a Malawian song of my liking? And did i mention how the restaurant went the extra mile to bring for Joan a cake, sung a birthday song for her at breakfast? A rating of 10 cannot even begin to explain the experience at this hotel!!!

I wish I could rate 20 out of 10, such amazing was this place! Burgeoning colourful little coral reef just some 20 meters from the beach, own hotel minizoo feat friendly giant tortoises, horses, rabbits...,, own boathouse offering free kayaks,,, plus complimentary electric taxis within 25 ha resort premises, amazing food, luxury room... Very nice detail which I did appreciated was the departure lounge: after check-out you can wait by the pool for your transfer and then use shower in the lounge. Everything really beyond expectations!

Welll, hard to find any cons. Why its sooo far away from my home?:-) Perhaps pancakes might be sligthly better. Maybe using sea kayak could be not limited to the small hotel bay only (you easily paddle it all within 10 mins thats really short while there is beautiful beach coast just round the corner up to the north), Oh and the AI policy might be more clear, there are too many exceptions, I felt like "fortunately" I didnt accept AI offer. HB meal plan was just pretty ok.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était chaleureux et attentionné, reflétant parfaitement l’hospitalité mauricienne. Une mention spéciale à Krishna, qui s’est montré particulièrement serviable et compétent. Grâce à ses conseils précieux, nous avons pu découvrir l’île sous son meilleur jour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons vivement cet établissement !

Les cocktails sont travaillés

Check in staff were fantastic and overall resort was beautiful. I had booked for the wrong week via Booking.com and arrived a week early and they still sorted me out.

Breakfast food was very average and plates/cutlery was not clean. Service staff in bars were slow and unattentive.
