Lo mejor del hotel es la amabilidad de su personal. Desde el personal de recepción hasta los camareros todos muy atentos y amables y siempre tenían detalles con mi niño de 3 años. La comida muy rica y el sitio en el que está ubicado es espectacular. Al borde del mar, las vistas desdela habitación y del comedor son increíbles. Lo recomiendo 100% para alojarte en Puerto de la Cruz.

Quizá faltaría algo más de animación para los niños

El trato del personal y la comida del desayuno. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Las zonas comunes son muy bonitas.

La tranquilidad, la amplitud de las habitaciones y las vistas espectaculares desde la habitación ,el trato amable de todo el personal , las instalaciones y servicios Fue todo excepcional.

Todo muy bien, no tenemos ni una pequeña queja. Lo peor es tenernos que ir. Pero volveremos como cada año.
