"Vue à couper le souffle au-dessus de la roche taraudée"

Séjour en demi-pension : prestation restauration de qualité, choix renouvelés. Vins de Ténérife au verre à prix très abordables. L'optimum est la vue sur mer depuis la chambre.

La situation excentrée, si elle permet de se garer assez facilement, y compris, sans avoir recours au parking payant (abrité), rend l'accès à la charmante ville de Puerto del Cruz, mal aisé. Fort heureusement, l'hotel met à disposition des NAVETTES GRATUITES pour accéder en plein centre ville.

"Peaceful Hotel"

Beautiful and relaxing hotel. We stayed in the sea view suite and it was incredibly peaceful — falling asleep to the sound of the ocean felt like natural white noise. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast views were lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

Ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli nell'arredo e nella profumazione, sia nelle aree comunj che nella stanza. Camera fornita di macchinetta e cialde nespresso, bollitore, tisane e acqua in vetro complimentary. Letto comodo e biglietto di benvenuto scritto a mano con biscottini offerti. Tablet in camera con tutte le informazioni dell'albergo e della zona circostante.

Il garage a pagamento 10€ al giorno mi sembra un po' eccessivo e il parcheggio in strada non è proprio semplicissimo da trovare. Il bidet perdeva copiosamente acqua dal tubo sottostante, allagando il bagno: comunicato a reception, ma il problema è rimasto (sebbene la perdita fosse ridotta dopo intervento manutentore). Le piscine e la sauna chiudono molto presto (ore 18:00), pertanto non siamo riusciti a usufruirne. La colazione, sebbene appaia abbondante e variegata, è di qualitá mediocre.

Great location and excellent view from the room. Breakfast was really great with one new item in the menu everyday.
