Big hostel,good rooms but...

every time you leave the room you have to go back to the reception to activate the card for the room, it's very annoying.

The AC was good. And it’s near the tram station. The staff was really patient and kept apologising. The guy at the front desk, Awal, was really nice, I couldn’t blame him, he was alone that night, and he was dealing with all things all at once. When we had our double room, the telly was really good we had lots of options and we even watched some football matches.

On our first night, our double room wasn’t ready as it was the weekend and nobody has cleaned or prepped a room. They put us in a family room with bunk beds. We were the ones who even made the bed and put the duvet and pillow cases on. There were few pillows and sheets that were dumped on bunk beds. The telly wasn’t working. When we got to our new double room on our 3rd night, it was decent, but then we didnt have any trash bin inside the room. We asked for one but it didnt come, we didnt even bother to ask anymore. They will not clean the room unless requested. There were no glasses as well, we had to ask for some from the bar downstairs.

The breakfast is awful! So poor . Only bread cheese and bad meat … ah and coffe ok The rooms not clean. My EarPod felt under the bed and you don’t want how many things and dirty there and near windows and in bathroom. Not again to this a&o
