I like the beds, the size of the rooms and the friendly staff that let us keep our bags in a storage room after checkout.

The toilet was abit dirty, the ammenities such as the hairdryer was faulty and i wish i didnt have to always scan a qr code if i wanted room cleaning.

Hab dort nicht gefrühstückt, Lage war ok.

Zimmer war extrem heiß, hab die Decke für 6 Stunden geguckt vor ich mir gedacht hab lohnt sich nicht hier zu bleiben. Hab den ersten Morgen dann meine Eigangskarte zurückgegeben.

My experience at this hostel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I had to wait a very long time at the reception before being checked in. After finally receiving my first room and carrying my luggage upstairs, I discovered that the room had not been cleaned at all. I have photos to prove this. I immediately left the room and returned to the reception desk, where I showed the staff member the photos. She apologized and assigned me a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was in exactly the same condition and was also completely unclean. At this point, I was extremely frustrated and exhausted after a long journey. I was also dealing with a minor foot injury, which made the situation even more difficult. I returned to reception once again, showed the photos of the second room, and explained that I would not accept another room unless its cleanliness had been properly checked and confirmed beforehand. Only after receiving assurance that the room had been inspected and cleaned did I go upstairs again. Having to change rooms twice, carry my luggage back and forth, and repeatedly report the same issue was unacceptable and significantly affected my stay.
