It was not clean, they didn’t provide bedsheets for the sofa-bed. We needed to ask 3 times for pillows and sheets. Bad service

The location was excellen! Very close to downtown. The breakfast was a bit limited, but the coffee was gooood! I would definitely stay again when in Fredericksburg.

Parking m! It is not enough spots and very tight parking you bump the other car.
