It was pretty spacious

It had a very strong scent of cigarettes for a non smoking hotel, also they had feces stains around the toilet. Pull out couch was very dirty. Also they didn’t have any breakfast options only waffles and some cereal. Limited options

To have paid almost $300 for a small room without a true breakfast, just cereal, a dirty waffle maker and coffee is absurd! Borderline theft! I have to think the prices were jacked up because it was the weekend of the Christmas Parade in Fredericksburg. We were on the lower level because my friend has walking issues and couldn't go up the stairs very well. The people who had the room directly above us were loud, stomping all about their room until after 10:30 p.m. Both my friend and I were extremely disappointed in the quality of the room and the amenities. I will most definitely never stay there again

Decent breakfast, fair prices would have made the annoyance of the loudness upstairs would have made it more tolerable.
