"Exceptional Service from Damaris!"

I had a wonderful dining experience at Hyatt Regency Dulles, thanks in large part to Damaris. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire meal. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcome and ensured that every detail was taken care of.

Bad experience. The hotel would not share a receipt. Every other hotel chain provides one even when you book with booking.com. After four phone calls I do not have one yet.

"Enjoyed the area surrounding the hotel. Quiet hotel. Close to airport with free shuttle."

We headed to the airport early so they had a goodie bag for us. They were offering a buffet breakfast. Great location close to the airport. Shopping next door(big grocery, sports and clothes)and cafes for eating. Also very nice McDonald’s across from them. Paid parking while traveling and left car for 21 days at a discount.

"Excellent for conference and hotel stay"

I stayed for three nights traveling for work I did not have the breakfast but I've had it before and it's pretty good. The staff at the bar is very friendly and the bar itself is very comfortable. The room was spacious and well kept.

"Quiet rooms"
