Hyatt Regency Dulles International Airport

Very roomy, and clean loved the space. Also glad to see a bar on property lol after a long day!

I was there for a SUBWAY meeting, I thought our INCLUDED breakfast was in the little breakfast area so I got a couple pieces of bacon, to snack on, went to get up and the lady was like oh, charge it to your room, I said I was there for meeting thought breakfast was included, she said no that was in the meeting room lol, so I spent $26 on literally 2 pieces of bacon and 4 potatoes! Clear signage would have been great!for buffet, but I should have asked! Also, waited at the bar for 10 minutes while the bartender was just chatting it up with three guys at end of bar showing pictures and never even acknowledged me, and then another lady waiting to pay !! Finally the customer said hey I think they want a drink. He comes over and is not even sorry. Just. You want a drink??? I said ya think…. But other Staff was great!

I loved the stay at the Hyatt. I was there for the Knights of Columbus State Convention and it's a great place to have it. There were over 300 attendees, overall, and we were able to fit comfortably in the meeting spaces. The only issue was that the elevators are not capable of handling that volume of people. It takes a very long time to wait for the elevators. It's fine if you're just by yourself, without luggage (or if you're capable of going up and down several flights of stairs), but for those with mobility issues, it might be a thing. The rooms were large and had everything I needed. The internet was spotty when we were gathered in the main conference hall, but, other than that, the internet worked fine. Parking may be a little tricky. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, but fills up quickly. The garage nearby is also available, but it may be a little bit of a walk. There are some signs that say you have to pay, but when you ask inside, they let you know that the parking is included if you're staying in the hotel. It worked, but the signage was confusing. I loved the stay and I'd recommend this hotel.

Bathroom door was broken, would not slide. No proper area in bathroom to put products, no hand towel bar, no book in room of services or restaurants available in the building . Broken toilet paper holder. Worst room I have ever spent $350.00 a night for.

This is a great property with a fantastic staff. I highly recommend staying here for business or pleasure. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The noise level was acceptable, and it is a great value.

Beautiful, comfortable room.

It was a great experience, restaurant service was extremely slow on Friday brunch. Also when I was ready to leave the housekeeping was at my door at 8:00 a.m. and I hadn't even checked out. So communication between front desk and housekeeping sorely lacked.
