Breakfast menu needs an improvement

Location with the view was amazing. The staff was the nicest and friendliest I have ever met. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The location is away from the town so you must use taxis at $10 each way for a 10min ride. If you can adhere to a shuttle schedule, there is a shuttle that the hotel provides to the town which stops at different locations. Unfortunately our schedules don’t coincide with the bus schedule.

Busy in main hotel this we upgraded to club suites, quite expensive

The place is very beautiful. Breakfast is really excellent and impressive.

Not really acceptable that a 1m 50 tall lady is carrying luggages, and of course she insisted to do so because it's her job but it should have been done by a strong man.... Some people in the reception were not fully helpful (probably tired). The shuttle to airport more expensive than taxi (which is already quite expensive...). Do not pay more for the waterhole view.
