Level of service didn’t always match its ambition, but a minor point in the context of a great stat

The location is fairly central and the hotel has all amenities you would need including multiple restaurants and gym and spa facilities. I also liked that the rooms had a view of the waterhole where you can see animals. I think I got an upgrade to a suite which was nice. It had two bathrooms and a lounge area. The pool and bar area was also quite nice.

The bed was very high and a bit hard. Everything in Vic Falls in USD so food and drinks were a bit expensive for a South African.

The hotel offers an excellent spot for both business and leisure as well as value for money. I enjoyed the experience and the hospitality from the staff.

I was an attendant of the Bulawayo Poly Conference and i was booked at the victoria safari lodge. Staying at the lodge was awesome and their services were top notch

Location! Exceptional service from the activities desk! Wi-fi and aircon in the rooms are added bonuses.

The fact that they didn’t have a kids menu at the main restaurant. Food choices were extremely limited.
