The steak was cooked perfectly. The staff were very accommodating.

The ability to order dairy free, it was on the menu but a very limited selection.

Friendly staff. Parking available. Location to Michael Fowler Centre

Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Great location

Was a last-minute booking due to my flight home being cancelled due to weather, the hotel accommodated me well. Staff were helpful and friendly with good Kiwi attitude.

My room, I had checked in and gone down for dinner without checking the bathroom, I found when I did need to use it that it hadn't been cleaned properly (Dirty toilet bowl, no restock of the toiletries and the shower hadn't been cleaned properly), It was useable but not nice to experience. As it was several hours since check in I didn't feel I could complain as the staff could say I had made the mess. Maybe a little retraining / refresher for the cleaning staff could be in order to just do a quick final check on a room before closing the door at the end of their clean.

Location is great, close to everything.

Just be aware that the heater is in a form of a portable blade-less fan. I was genuinely surprised that a 4 stars hotel does not have air conditioning. It was cold, and the heater will help a little if you let it run for 30 mins but then the air gets very dry.

Location very central. Great to have parking.

Heater in room didn't work. Phone in room was unable to contact reception.
