"Excellent"

The room was clean and location was perfect. The bathrooms could use updating. We had one window that literally overlooked a fence. You couldn’t even see the sky. Interested to know what was behind the fence! Overall, a good stay and would stay here again but maybe in a room that looks at something.

Beautiful hotel. Convenienly located in middle of town. The bed is heavenly. The hotel has its own restaurant on the property which is treat for a weary traveler. Food was excellent and it has great vibe. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Will definitely stay there again when I am in Jackson Hole next time.

Pros: Great location! We didn’t need to move the car once as there’s so much available within walking distance. The hotel was nice, clean & the staff was friendly. Great bar & food! We stayed in a deluxe room which had plenty of space. Cons: The floor in our room wasn’t very solid like the boards underneath need to be replaced but the carpet was soft enough & clean. The wall paper in the vanity area was nice but peeling off the walls in several places & the heater unit was old & quite loud. However, if you’re used to white noise it wouldn’t effect your sleep. It also seems as though someone from the hotel set our alarm for 6am our 2nd morning there. As a mother of 2 I was extremely disappointed to be woken up early & I wasn’t able to get back to sleep. However, I suppose that could happen at any hotel. For the price we paid I’d probably look into staying at another hotel for our next visit to Jackson Hole. However, overall I wouldn’t say we had a bad experience. Not needing to move the car at all was great & the hotel was nice enough. Just maybe not for the price paid. This hotel has a lot of history & a beautiful lobby. I have a feeling that plays into the cost of the rooms.

Incredible stay!! These folks pay attention to the details. Hotel staff was great! The hotel is full of history. Restaurant and bar are top notch. Can’t beat the location. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great historical hotel that is updated and really nice. Very convenient to everything in town. You get the true feel of staying in Jackson Hole. Loved it and will be back.
