Wort Hotel

The old west history of The Wort and its importance to the community in the early 1900’s. Makes you feel like your going back in time yet you have all the modern luxuries. Love it!!

Property was beautiful. Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and very Covid conscious.

Stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend. It was very nice. The staff seemed glad to have the company, and the bar and restaurant were open and very good.

Great location in downtown Jackson. Close to many restaurants/bars a d shopping

The Wort is a great hotel and I’m looking forward to staying there again. Perfect location in the heart of Jackson. Great lobby & decor. Good restaurant on premises. The only (slight) knock against this property is that some (quite a few, actually) of the rooms have a window that looks into a very narrow, interior alley. If you get one of these, your window looks directly in the window of the opposite room. Don’t let that put you off, just don’t be surprised. The Wort is a great place to stay.

Nothing but love for this historic and beautiful hotel. This is our “go to” place to stay every time we visit the lovely Jackson Hole area! The service is friendly and professional, the accommodations are clean, cozy and comfortable, and the location is perfect! Every time our stay is complete there is a tug at our hearts, and we immediately begin to think about the next time we can enjoy this lovely hotel!

We stayed at the Wort for a fall getaway to the mountains. Parking is included, however it is 1/2 block away and at times the lot was full so we had to park on the street. There is no valet and this I understand due to Covid. The hotel is not well equipped for people with disabilities. I witnessed men carrying a fragile lady down the stairs because there is no ramp to the main door. The elevators are very far from the entrance and you walk thru a service dock/ hallway to get to them. If you can not walk up the large staircase that is your only option to get to the second floor. We ordered box lunches however our drinks were not provided as stated on the order form. The room was very nice and clean and the environmental staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Great Historic Hotel in the center of Jackson, Wy. It was very clean and comfortable. Great Silver Dollar Bar and restaurant on the first floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wort hotel.It felt like you were stepping back into time. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We ate there three times. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable.
