Motel 6-Richfield, OH

HVAC unit cover was broken and falloff the unit. Towel bar was loose.

We had a nice quiet stay. And bed is amazing

There is a squirrel or something in the bathroom wall. My keys stopped working three times, i was told because i jad them in my pocket...where else am i to keep them? The second time it happened i had to wait half an hour because the person whonwas supposed to be working was hiding in the back office. Yhe staff from the holiday inn acrss the lot came over to see what was going on and even they daid someone shouldnof been there. Just unprofessional. I ended up check out earlier then i had planned

No free coffee. In one room, the shower took time to warm-up. Had to get get plunger & bucket to bail water from tub. No latch on door to secure it. My key card kept failing. I was told not to keep it next to my mobile phone. Still problems. Kaley and her husband were helpful. They also banned me from returning. No explanation.

Shower needs time to warm-up, no security latch in one room, clogged tub drain, and repeated problems with room card. With drain, I bailed and plunged water. I asked for a plunger & bucket and was given it. At the front desk they said they had a noise report. I apologized. If I am loud the front desk should call me. I am sorry they do not want me back. When I was there I saw a person talking to people in two state troop vehicles.

I couldn't lock my room door and the door looked like it had been kicked open but never repaired.

Didn't like anything about thos motel

Floors were dirty!!! No hot water in sink in bathroom, toilet felt like it was gonna sink underground when you sat on it! The grounds outside garbage all over and poop all over where people didn't pick up after their dogs!

Overall, it’s my favorite Motel 6 and it’s always affordable, but their housekeeping definitely needs to improve. I was pretty disappointed with how dirty the floors were the last time I stayed.
