Motel 6-Richfield, OH

As an affordable no-frills room, it was perfect. Everything was clean, everything worked, and the service desk was efficient and courteous.

Reasonable price

I was locked out of my room for 6 hours ! No one was there to help and customer service was garbage no help at all i had to sleep in my car and get the key fixed at 7 am !!

The price was low . When we first checked in it looked as if the room had began being remodeled. The room was spacious.

The smoke detector was not working . The bathroom door did not shut . The floors were so dirty our socks were completely black within minutes and hair covering our socks as if someone shaved in the room before and never was cleaned. We came back during the day and a lady was in our room making a bed. Did not bring fresh sheets and blankets was making the bed with the same sheets and blankets. Never cleaned the floors. The shelves were very dirty . Hadnt been wiped down in quite awhile. I would suggest buying steam cleaners to thoroughly clean the floors .

Reasonably priced and clean

The lower cost was a big plus and motel employees were very friendly. Nice beds and pillows! The air conditioning worked great. Conveniently located.

Some minor things weren't working like they were supposed to. Bathroom doorknob is loose. The toilet seat was loose (I tightened it) and faucet out of bathtub was loose also, one of key cards to get in room had hard time working right at times. Nothing that was too too bad though.

When I got to the room there was food all over the place. It wasn’t cleaned well before I checked in. The room next door had dogs barking all night. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean room.

Rooms were ok but it was not the rooms advertised on the website The staff was good and helpful. The hotel is a peaceful place and quiet Everyone was respectful of one another. We had no big issues with this hotel. Bed was clean bathroom filled with clean bath towels and wash clothes.

Bed was kinda hard. Website needs to be updated to actually show the room they are renting. That was my only issue.
