Motel 6-Richfield, OH

Good location, staff were very helpful. Value for money. Bed was very comfortable.

The room was very basic, but you get what you pay for.

Room was old but real clean , beds comfortable

Dirty stairs,walkways and definitely parking lot. No WiFi code , vending machines closed.

This place was nasty, First I reserved a King room. They gave me a room with 2 full beds. This room has no Fire alarm, it stunk, and it was so dirty and nasty. We went to the front deck, he moved us to a different room which was worse. No Fire alarm, no towels, no shower curtain. It was so dirty and stunk so bad. I would sleep outside before I would stay in one of those rooms. I told them I was not staying there and we wanted our money back. Which lucky he did give it to us. I'm advising anyone. DO NOT STAY THERE. STAY AWAY ..

we arrived on day one no one came out for like 30 mins. the person who checked us in was barley wear clothes and seemed out of it. I do not recommned its one of those people lived in permanately

The floor was filthy after my shower I walked around the room and the bottom my feet were black. They were remodeling the room upstairs ( I understand there will be noise) but not till 10pm and then started back up at 6:30 in the morning. Why we were given this room I don't understand because there were several other rooms available

The bed was big and comfortable and there was ample parking space. That's all.

Dirty - the floors were full of sand - looked like they weren't swept or hoovered in ages. TV set did not work - "no signal". The bathroom was small and bath was not fully clean. And, most importantly, the door was not fully secure - they did not close totally, you could have easily pushed it and enter - they should exchange/fix this immediately.

From the moment I checked in there was an issue. I got the room key go into the room and there is a guy and women in the room on the beds. Go back to front desk and no one is present. I had to go outside to find the front desk person and he was at the next door hotel. Get a new room. As me and my daughter was there for appointments we didn’t get back to the room until later that night. We get back and as soon as we get back there is this guy who is watching us. It got to the point he was trying to come up to me after he had walked around my car multiple times. After speaking to the front desk and letting them know how uncomfortable me and my daughter (who was terrified as he was yelling at her) Motel 6 stated they would refund my money and stated I had to call Expedia. After a week of vack and forth with Expedia they stated they wouldn’t refund me and I have yet to hear back from motel 6 minus the ok to refund me but they stated Expedia had to ok the refund. 2 week today and still no refund and I’m out even more money cause I had to get a different hotel to get away from this guy even motel 6 stated to me that they had multiple complaints about this man. Will never stay at another motel 6 again and would never recommend this motel.
