Motel 6-Richfield, OH

Arriving at motel 6 there was no one at the front desk.Tried calling...no one picked up....someone finally came over after ten minutes informing me that she sometimes has to run two front desks sometimes(the motel 6nisnthensame parking lot as a holiday inn Express)..wich is absolutely crazy.... But nonetheless she was very pleasant and helped me with checking in l Arriving to my roommthere was trash and leaves outside my door(which was on the end of a hallway) The inside of my room was quite spacious and smelled clean...however there were a few issues with the room... 1. There was a pics of the floor sticking up rightnad you walk into the room 2. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging on by a screw 3. There was a mysterious black substance on the ceiling in the bathroom... 4 there were gaps in the floor of the bathroom. But otherwise the bed was very comfortable albeit the pillows were absolutely dreadful. This motel is good if your just doing an overnight stay

Location is close to Cuyahoga Valley NP. Our king bed was comfortable.

Garbage was piled up along a section of hallway on the 1st floor. The guests who stayed next to us made big noises till 11:00 PM.

No staff at night when I requested a check in of 10-11pm, poor signage since lobby wasn't staffed, canceled my reservation without notifying me, no apologies for their mistakes, trash around facilities no safety lock on my door the 1st night, told me I didn't have to move rooms for my 2nd night but luckily I took my belongings because when I returned for the 2nd night of my stay my key didn't work and I was in a different room that hadn't been cleaned there was hair all over the bathroom and the toilet didn't work. I wouldn't recommend to stay here. Staff were incompetent and rude. Building was run down.

The only thing good about this day was the bed. The bed was very large comfortable blankets were soft and pillows were soft. TV was also nice big screen flat TV on the wall in front of the bed. Had a very good night sleep that was the best thing about it Building was very dirty. Rundown things are broken needing fixed building needs painted, remodeled very outdated.

They are clean rooms perfect for a cheap stay.

Jessie and Tracy at the front desk were very helpful, courteous and polite

It’s pretty loud they must have a few people who live there and there animals are really loud but other than that not a bad place to stay just not my favorite but did the job
