"Our Just OK stay"

Beds were comfortable Having the little store on site was convenient Lots of restaurants nearby and stores as well ( Walmart) Room was comfortable as was lobby area and TV in room was good

Lack of variety at breakfast and at the small store on site. Products were not being restocked or replenished. The ladder for the pool was unsafe. ( step was loose ) too much spacing between steps. ( we did report this) The hot tub. Was warm, but all the jets except 1 were NOT working. We expected a lot more since it was a Marriott property and it was disappointing Customer service was OK, but could have been better

This area was convenient, safe and parking near entrance. In addition to all amenities, pool, gym, and hot tub, the hot breakfast was excellent. The staff was amazing. We left a souvenior hoodie in the room. A staff member called us and mailed it to us. It even had the $20 still on the pocket. After this experience we decided to join Marriott Bonvoy.

Honestly nothing!

The entire experience was nasty. We got the cool ok here is youtr keys kinda vibe. Upon taking the elevator to the 2nd floor. As soon as we walked down the hallway the Marijuana smell was so strong. We hurried to get into our room hoping to get wawaty from it. We hurried and opened the door to our room and we didn't even step in all the way, as we were met with overwhelming smell of MILDEW! We immediately went back down stairs and said we want our money back no way can we stay here. Was told since we did our booking through Booking.com I would have to fight it with them. And I was given the GM card to email or call him. I sent 2 emails and zero response. I also called Booking.com and they have filled a report. I just got an email from them that the hotel has still not contacted them. This is a very poor situation

"Very good some drawbacks "

Bed uncomfortable. Hot tub jets didn't work. Breakfast delicious & many selections. Surprised no microwave in room. Staff friendly. Had a good start.
