USUSThe entire stay from checking in to leaving was wonderful. There is easy on and off access to the interstate. The room was large, clean, and smelled good. There were ample towels for showers. The personnel were friendly and very helpful. There are many restaurants in the area. The breakfast was a nice set up and very good. We found this hotel at the last minute and we're glad we did.
The cord on the hair dryer was too short for the location of the wall plug. There was a tile in the baseboard near the corner of the shower that is cracked and needs to be replaced. There is a tear in the wallpaper on the left side of the bathroom as you walk in. The elevator works but could use some adjusting since it starts and stops harshly and noisily.

I really wanted to have a good stay here, but unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. I had to change rooms three different times because each room had visible insect activity on the tables and nightstands, along with a strong musty, moldy, almost burning smell that made the spaces uncomfortable to stay in—this is caused from dust and mildew on the HVAC coils. The night manager was genuinely apologetic and did what he could in the moment, and I appreciated his professionalism. However, the overall condition of the rooms and the lack of a meaningful resolution from the hotel left me disappointed. I was offered 17,000 points for the inconvenience, which didn’t come close to addressing the extent of the problems.
