It's nothing like pictures on Expedia. Ran down and everything is dirty . We switched rooms, room was okay. But the halls carpet was very dirty. I don't know how this place gets an 8.4 star rating.

Staff was accommodating as the first room we booked in had no air conditioning. They switched our room almost immediately. Somewhat frustrating that you couldn't use the key card to enter the back door.

Did not have our reservation Front desk clerk took care of us anyway Property needs a do over most definitely Room was fine but hallways building And landscaping in horrible conditions I am sure that I am not the first- use to really nice Hampton Inn back in the day

The place is clean, easy to get to from the freeway. The breakfast is the best as far as hotel breakfast can be. The price is well worth the stay

"False advertising!!!"

False advertising. I was charged for the room but I didn’t stayed. This hotel is advertised has a pet friendly hotel and when I arrived it turn out that they don’t allow pets even though my was a service dog. I was so annoyed and mad at what the hotel attendant suggested me to do with my dog. He actually suggested for me to leave my dog in the car overnight and to take turns checking on him. I was so distraught by what he said that I booked a room in a different hotel.
