Extremely disappointed. Internet did not work therefore the TV did not work either. There are elerctrical problems; lights flickered and dimmed, only on charge port worked, the lights on the mirror in the bathroom were the only working lights in there and they were very dim. The outlets in the bathroom did not I had to dry my hair by the nightstand. Very low/poor water pressure, too. The telephone did not work either. I swapped the phone out from another room myself. The AC sounded like it was going to explode. The room was dirty, (to the point I went to the store and bought lysol wipes). I would not walk around without my shoes on it was so bad. There was a foul smell throughout the floor. The entire floor/hallway was noisy all night long, complete with a domestic spat in the hall upon arrival. We should have left then. It was a horrible experience in it's entirety. Planned on staying two nights, left the next morning. Staffed seemsed bother by any requests.

6 am, fire alarm went off. Phone in room didn't work. Seemed that homeless individuals lived in the hotel. Note on glass front door seemed to indicate that Poor front desk presence. Parked van with name of hotel on it, but told they don't offer service to and from airport which would have helped us. It was in an unsafe part of town. bad lighting. Breakfast was questionable. I will never book at a Best Western PLUS. Horrible experience. I am sorry I picked it out of what seemed to be better options. Expedia should not list them. honestly.

I am a Platinum member and try to use Best Western where ever I travel! I have stayed at your hotel once before and will again. Everything about your hotel was just perfect. We arrived late but were greeted by a most gracious man, I believe his name was Jason, and his accommodating attitude was more than I could expect, but most definitely in line with Best Western hospitality! This is very lacking in todays world! Customer relations is really out the door at most institutions, especially at hotels! Our room was just perfect with all the amenities, especially the shower! Holy cow, the water pressure was like a waterfall...just great! Your breakfast was very good , food hot and tasty and your server very sweet and helpful. Looking forward to visiting your hotel the next time we visit Wichita. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The website said they provided shuttle service to the airport. When we arrived, we were told we would need to take a cab. This kind of defeated the whole save money attempt.

Didn't get any rest because the AC in room very noisey - cycles off and on many times, can hear traffic and screaming motorcycles on highway which is near window, old and out dated, carpet filthy.

Wonderful environment, great staff and clean rooms. I will definitely come back.

No airport shuttle. I was informed that it was discontinued in July.
