"Didn't like it"

It was alright

Charging 100.00 deposit when I already paid for the room online and was told I would get it back after 5 to 7 days after I checked out. Its been 7 days and they took it off my card instead of refunding it back. I will not stay at the hotel again.

Noisy cars and trucks kept us awake and why is garbage picked up at 3AM? bed was hard a rock and pillows flat carpet had nails sticking up by bathroom door that stuck our feet every time we used the bath. cox cable had only 2 HBO channels and they were both in Spanish

The staff is absolutely amazing. Honestly I was a little worried after reading the reviews. Didn't have any issues. Great location, clean, friendly and safe. The AC is amazing, beds are comfy, everything is clean and smells that way. Housekeeping when they came to clean left us extra blankets and towels. No stains no weird smells. Very accommodating. Will stay again. The price was amazing.

Breakfast needs a little work but nothing major! We didn't do breakfast we made other arrangements, but the coffee was hot and plentiful. Maybe just work on the hot breakfast a little.
