Quality Inn Broken Arrow - Tulsa

We did not have adjoining rooms. The room smelled like wet carpet & was mildew mold smell. I was moved. The room smelled like fresh paint fumes & marijuana. The continental breakfast was a joke. There wasn’t anything but a waffle & a bit of juice & coffee. I overpaid for what I got.

I didn’t like anything about it.

The lay out of the room for wheelchair accessibility was well thought out. I also appreciated getting a phone call to verify and clarify my needs for a handicapped accessible room. We got what we needed.

The ac unit didn't work, our bed spread smelt like mold and 1 of the people atthe front desk was a little rude. They don't show on there web site that pets are only allowed a 3 day stay and we stayed 4. And that pets cannot be left by themselves in the room so anytime we left our pets had to go with us. Also was not informed its only 1 pet per room and we had 2. Also there were tweakers walking around the cars in the parking lot we had to leave our curtains open to keep eyes on our property.

We booked because the website said allowed dogs. Counter person was rude. We were told for two dogs we’d need to rent two rooms. The room was filthy. Spilled some water on accident went to wipe up and towel turned black from grime in carpet. Chairs, lamps and table in room were all broken. Place smelled horrible like a can of Lysol was emptied in room before we arrived
