People were friendly. Nice clean property

It’s ok-

The property is under renovation. The toilet leaked,dirty towel left in the bathroom. Room was not cleaned on Saturday, asked for clran towelss, when returned no clran towels, had to go back to the desk.

They are doing renovations and the hotel is very dirty and rundown.

Good place to stay, offered a nice breakfast and clean rooms. They’re remodeling so it was a work in progress but overall a good pick.

I accidentally booked this location thinking it was the Fairfield Inn and Suites South. When I called to try and switch, there was a lot of background noise from what sounded like ongoing construction, and the manager refused to let us cancel—understandable, but disappointing. When we arrived, the hotel was dirty, the landscaping was overgrown with weeds, and our room had a noticeable smell. The bathtub had chipped paint, and the office chair was extremely worn down. Kids from track team loud in the hallways. Notified front desk around 10:30 but continued to be an issue till almost midnight. I would not recommend staying here.

I love this place tge staff and we always book a suite wonderful services and Angela and Harvey are the best in Tyler

The front desk lady was The Best! The beds werw comfy. The room was clean! We had a Great experience here! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had so much to choose from!

Nice people at the front desk. Clean room. However, pillows were very small and flat, towels were threadbare, and curtains were torn.
