Front desk was great - highly recommend

Front desk was absolutely wonderful ———- super friendly and easiest check in ever. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located in central Tyler and close to restaurants, grocery, etc. perfect for a quick stay in the area.

When i arrived after full day of travel they said they did not have a room for me. I was shocked! I said I went through Expedia paid and reserved my one week stay they said they don’t guarantee rooms through 3rd party vendors!! I was livid and shocked. They said they would have to charge me again and I said you are kidding me. The front desk person said she will talk to the manager. Very sketchy there. I didn’t feel safe.

Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Lights out in bathroom above mirror and on nightstand. Old and outdated

The hotel was clean

Just let me say the customer service was horrible, during the breakfast my wife ask for somemore juice and she was told it wouldn't be anymore put out until later. People where having to go to cars or back to there rooms to get something to drink. No trash bags in the trash cans in the rooms . Etc.

Night staff talking very loud

We had reservations two weeks in Advance. When we got there we were told they were canceled due to a water leak. They sent an email earlier that day, but I did not have a chance to read it. It was a busy weekend in that location due to multiple events taking place. They would not find us another place. They only gave us names of other places nearby. We had to find a place on our own. By this time it was evening. So frustrating. Had to settle for a substandard hotel or sleep in the car. Bottom line a phone call or text have been be. At less we could have driven to the next town or had more time to find something else

This place was HORRIBLE. The breakfast was the standard microwave nonsense BUT the WORST thing was the busted shower in the handicapped room. I went to the front desk and they couldn't help me. Didn't offer to switch rooms, didn't offer to comp the room, said the manger came in whenever he wanted but couldn't guarantee he would call. HE NEVER DID. DON NOT STAY HERE. I have video of how bad the room experience was and I will be sending it to the corporate offices.
