Accommodating with storing our luggage.

Lobby and restaurant were both well appointed and quite elegant and staff were pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was juice, fresh fruit, a toasted ham and cheese sandwich and eggs done as you wish. Good coffee was served. So an excellent way to start the day. The shower had good pressure and plenty hot water and everything was very clean. Overall, I would not recommend for more than an overnight stay.

The room itself was tiny with less than 2 feet between the single beds, which were right against the wall on both sides. In addition, the walls were wafer thin so you could hear everything from your neighbors on either side. The windows had no views and opened onto internal areas.

Very centrally located. Clean, comfortable room.

Se veia un hotel de centro de la ciudad pequeño pero acogedor hasta que llegue a mi habitación (19), una suite improvisada sucia con telarañas y polvo en los muebles, lo peor fue la noche en que el sonido de una bomba de agua no te deja dormir nada; a la mañana siguiente le comenté este inconveniente a la encargada; ella se disculpo pero no se sorprendio por el ruido que hacia, le pedi un descuento por la pésima noche pero no hicieron nada

Great location. Great room. Out of the other stays I have had in Latacunga, I would definitely stay here again.

Could not understand the women who checked us in. Basic small room with double bed. Not many plugs for devices. The nice man who made breakfast and checked us out helped with getting us a taxi since we were leaving early.
