Upon checking in yesterday and paying for a room that was supposed to have 2 queen beds and a pull out couch as shown in photo we arrived and found out there was no couch. We went to front desk to notify this. The lady who was working told us the couch was removed the night prior for other guests and she would have housekeeping put it back in. Housekeeping came but they gave us a single cot instead. We did not get what we paid for upon booking. I spoke to booking.com about this and they said they understood my frustrations as we just wanted to get away from a stressful environment to a motel so we can de stress and had to deal with all this. I wanted to cancel tonight's room on top because of being so stressed out. The lady at the front desk came upstairs and she literally argued with me about the couch that left me in tears. She said first she would give us another 2 queen beds and couch room but after said there wasn't anymore left and would upgrade us at no cost to a 2 king beds room. Yet it was advertised as same price on booking.com than the double queen beds and couch price we paid. This room had no bath tub and no couch. So it is a downgrade from prior room we booked. The lady from front desk then told my husband they dont have any 2 queen bed rooms with pull out couches anymore and that booking.com has old dated photos. Which is not true. I checked every website has exact photos including the actual days inn website. On top of all that I developed a rash on my back from the hot tub that I sat in for 5 mins last night. The pool was absolutely filthy, it needs a good vaccuum. We seen and heard parents drinming alcohol while kids screaming and running wild in the courtyard till late while trying to relax for bed. We all froze all night. No proper blankets on bed, just 2 measly sheets. This lil vacation getaway was a truly complete nightmare. We never got any compensation for the downgrade of the room that they screwed up on in the first place.

Good service, will stay again

The hotel is okay and convenient for guests with a vehicle, as it is easy to carry luggage from the car to the room. They have a free breakfast.

The bathroom has been bothering us, especially when we flush the toilet. The flushing sound is extremely loud and sounds like someone is doing construction inside the room. We already reported the issue to the staff, but unfortunately, we were unable to transfer to another room because the hotel was fully booked. Instead of having a restful two-night stay, we were disturbed by the noise every time the toilet was flushed.

THE WORST HOTEL/MOTEL EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD!! This place was filthy. Unfortunately , had to stay for 7 days because there was a hockey tournament and rooms were hard to come by. In 7 days they didn't change the bedding (even though a sign in the room said for longer stays it would be changed every 3 days). They never so much as made the beds or at least pulled the blankets up. They never wiped down the bathroom sink or shower. We had to make a number of trips to the front desk to get fresh towels or toilet paper. We had spilled popcorn on the floor and picked up the main pieces but 4 days later they still hadn't swept of vacuumed the smaller bits. After a few minutes of walking around the room the bottoms of out socks were black. I talked to the owner about all this, he said he would do something about it but nothing changed. I think we would have been better off staying in a hostel!!!
