Days Inn by Wyndham Kelowna

This is fine for the airport. The room was a decent size, but I prefer the wash hand basin to be in the bathroom. Bed was comfy, and large. Plenty towels. Breakfast was welcomed. We enjoyed our dip in the pool.

We were there on a Saturday evening. The electricity went out due to fuse.. and staff said they can't locate the fuse and electrician cannot come check on that day We had to then pack everything and move to another room. This was uncomfortable Breakfast had less options and muffins ran out.. also pancake machine was not working Staff looked tense always. Seemed understaffed

The storage on the room was good. Bed were comfortable.

Our first night our bathroom smelled like sewer gas. We knew they were sold out so we didn’t have an option to change rooms. The smell did do away they next day. The floors in the room seemed very dirty as I used a town to wipe up some water and they were black from wiping. Our last day of breakfast there were many people but it seemed they were always low on supplies. Last day no warmed boiled eggs, sugar, had to ask for more bread. Another day juice dispenser had run out and pancake machine batter was out in both machines. The guy did replace the juice and try to squeeze the pancake bag to get a bit more batter out. It didn’t seem to be tracked very well.

Rooms were newly renovated and clean. Shower pressure was phenomenal, it was like a personal massage. Dove bathroom products were a nice touch.
