Viola Beacon Resort, Lonavala

Modi/Pattani group enjoyed the lovely stay at the Lonavala Viola Beacon Resort which offered good facilities. We were happy with the quality of food. Service Security. swimming pool and housekeeping. We were very well looked after by Mr. Prathamesh Waghmere and Mr. Amit Halder (restaurant Managers for morning and evening), Mr. Tanaji Bsndare (General Manager), Mr. Ganesh (Reception), We are also grateful to all the restaurant staff namely MS. Rinku Mr. Aasif and Mr. Manoj along with other friendly staff who served us very well. Rooms were very clean and the housekeeping was very good. We enjoyed the newly introduced fish massage facility. Indeed great experience. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable in lovely surroundings. Nice place to be. The restaurant serves very tasty Khichdi. Khadhi and fulka rotis on request. You can enjoy variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. We enjoyed Masala Omlelles and South Indian dishes during the breakfast. Nice place to be. Good: 1. Buffet was mind blowing . We also ordered delicious foods in room like Cheese chili toast, Crunchy french fries. 2. Staff service is very prompt & so they well trained, genuine people which made my stay the most memorable. 3. Swimming pool was very clean & well maintained. Ambience of the hotel is unique with hindi dailogues & selfie taking light cycle , Tea tapri & so on. 4. You can play games like table football, table tennis, carrom , pool , badminton but boomerang was non functional. 5. You can explore go karting which is next to the hotel property.

Area of improvement: 1. Load shedding was a little problem during our stay. Power was ON/OFF couple of times but it came quickly once it is off. 2. Awesome food but it’s expensive. Frencs fries Rs195/-, Tea Rs75/- excluding GST etc. Include full day meals with room package.Areas 3. Pathetic flooded road 200mm distance from highway to the hotel was flooded. Once you enter hotel area is beautiful. 4. They asked for the full payment on reaching the hotel. 5. Only uber service is available for Mumbai. 6. Mosquito are there if you have a dinner on the ground floor but they put coil if you tell them.

Stayed for Janmashtami weekend from 19/08/200 to 21/08/2022, loved the property for it location and and all it amenities ,with it most friendly staff from reception, to restaurant and house keeping, simply awesome

It’s a very beautiful resort with superb customer service. Very clean spacious rooms. The only thing I didn’t like is the small bathroom. The glass door of the shower chamber was also broken in our room. They had beautiful pool and kids area was superb. Overall a good experience and I would certainly visit again

Hotel is good but a little further away from the lonavala city but quite peaceful. It was just two months old so lot of work on the exterior and a few on the interior was still undergoing. We had stayed for two nights and had enjoyed it quite muc
