The checking was seamless, the rooms are spacious, the staff is polite and courteous. The service is prompt and efficient. The food menu has sufficient spread and is always served fresh. I had an infant with me, so they offered baby chair as well as baby dishes. We really enjoyed our stay at Viola Beacon, Lonavala. And because of the wonderful experience we shall visit again. Mr. Amit, Arif, Omar and Ayub were really service oriented.

Best hotel to Stay in Lonavala.. Home lovely home atmosphere feeling.. Thanks to Hotel Management for deploying such a dedicated staff and serving best Veg Non-veg food.. Ample parking, spacious rooms, with clean Swimming pool and indoor games as if staying in your own bungalow and not just a room. Right from reception, food serving, outsource Staff is very cooperative and descent 👌👌🙏🙏

"Do not recommend"

All bed sheets have stains. Never seen such bedsheets in any hotel room. Phone instrument didn't work. Toilet Seat was broken. Endless list... Breakfast was ok. Too expensive for the quality they are providing. I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

"Unhygenic hotel"

Dissapointing experience. The hotel is unhygenic with horrible customer service.The beds were broken ,bathroom dirty with no soap,the kids play area had everything broken and extremely unhygenic.Horrible smelly dirty place .
