The services of the hotel r excellent.at lonavla this resort is very well maintained the rooms r very good cleaned an well maintained.pacakged drinking water is also available.the food is very tasty and also not very expensive so that u don't need to go outside.General manager is very cooperative.he is very humble

Bed sheets were stained , food was mediocre .

The Property is right on the Highway and Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Staffs at the Restaurant and Rooms are friendly and helping. At the reception The Boys Akshay and Ganesh are very helpful and attentive. The food quality and quantity is good and the cook Rahul is always there to attend and give you delicious food apart from the menu. And at the end Mr Dinesh the GM of the property is always on his toes to see that everything is running smoothly and properly. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.We were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The first disappointment was when we noticed that there in no minibar in the room!!!! There are some amenities which we assume to be there when you pay a certain price. Especially in peak summers. Very small bathroom. I didn't see the wc at first and was confused. I saw it only when I entered and closed the door. It was behind the door. Hugely disappointing buffet breakfast. Didn't start in time and then had the bare minimum spread. No fruits, no parathas, no cakes... My son hated it. Electricity kept coming and going all the time..and AC won't restart on its own when the light comes back..
